From the constitution of Logisfashion in 1996 until today, we have always been committed to doing things right, based on ethics and compliance with the rules.
We have a Compliance System in constant evolution, fully implemented in the group and in all the countries where we operate.
The mission of the Compliance area is to protect the company from non-compliance with regulations (internal and external). To this end, we implement effective controls to achieve this objective, as well as training and continuous communication, with the focus on establishing a true culture of ethics and compliance in the organization.
In terms of policies and procedures, at Logisfashion we have a Code of Ethics and Conduct, Third Party Code of Ethics, Anti-Corruption Policy, Gift Policy and Third Party Management Policy, which have a global scope and are mandatory for all our employees and third parties.
We have an Ethics Channel, absolutely confidential, accessible on our website for all employees and third parties who, with a legitimate interest, wish to report any non-compliance or serious problem.
