Solutions to our clients' challenges
Top-level in-house logistics operation
Pepe Ganga, an important Colombian chain of children’s products, needed advice so that, taking advantage of the investments made in infrastructure, they could improve their processes for the different channels. By contributing our technology and know-how, we designed a top-level in-house operation. As part of the management optimization, its storage capacity was increased by 200%. For ecommerce, the proposed solution improved the management of the volume of orders, which, at times, multiplied by 10.
