We are expanding our operational capacity with a new centre

Nuevo centro Ontígola

At Logisfashion, we have reasons to celebrate. And it is because in a truly short time we will open a new fulfilment centre in Ontígola (Toledo), with the aim of expanding our operational capacity to respond to the growth in the volume of e-commerce merchandise and the demand of new customers.

The facility has an enclosure of 35,000 square metres, distributed in 20,000 square metres of warehouse and 620 constructed metres of offices, as well as 21 loading and unloading docks. Located in the industrial area of Ontígola, and adjacent to our centre of Ontígola, the new warehouse will allow us to improve operations, with more capacity to process, prepare and store the goods.

Ontígola 2 (this is what the new centre will be called) will have state-of-the-art technology for the logistics sector, which includes intelligent industrial vehicles (AGVs), among other innovations. A state-of-the-art technological adaptation for internal and supply chain logistics that, coupled with significant cost reduction, improves the productivity of our employees.

The new logistics centre will have large photovoltaic panels for the self-consumption of the warehouse,, a clear example of our commitment to sustainability and the reduction of our ecological footprint to the bare minimum. It will also have SILVER LEED Certification, which proves that it is built under eco-efficiency standards and meets sustainability requirements.

We have signed an agreement with Pulsar Properties, the company that owns the space, to carry out the launch of this new top-notch logistics centre. With this partnership, we reaffirm the importance of collaboration with key partners in the Spanish real estate sector.

“Having closed the past financial year with 38% growth in the subsidiary and due to the increase in demand for e-commerce, these new facilities will be focused specifically on e-commerce logisticsWe at Logisfashion want to continue to offer the best quality of service to our customers and this new centre showcases our commitment to innovation and efficiency. In addition, it is a new step in achieving our long-term growth goals,” says Diego Larrañaga, director of Logisfashion Europe.

The launch of the new logistics centre is part of our ambitious strategic growth plan, with which we aim to achieve sales of 150 million euros in 2023.
