Initial situation:
Pepe Ganga is an important Colombian chain of products for children, including clothing, footwear, accessories and toys. A client with which Logisfashion has been working since its inception in Colombia and which was now facing the challenge of optimising its e-commerce logistics which with Covid has had great growth.
Solution:
As part of the optimisation of management, the warehouse and the processes were reorganised to increase the storage volume by 200%, which along with other operational improvements were essential to achieve the growth objectives that we had set for ourselves with the brand. The proposed solution managed to increase efficiency and manage the volume of orders that at times was multiplied by 10. Logistics operation for retail and international transportation is also being implemented.
