Our last-mile transport service is designed to meet the needs of all sectors, expanding our dedication to fashion and lifestyle into other industries such as electronics, beauty, toys, even food where we could not reach before. Thanks to a new technological APP we can measure heat maps and identify the fastest and most efficient routes, taking into account factors such as distance, volume and load value. The objective is simple: optimise every shipment to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
But it is not just a matter of getting goods from point A to point B. Our technology allows each order to be monitored in real time, offering details of the delivery status down to the second. Using more than 50 KPIs, we maintain complete control of the process, from the exit of the warehouse to the customer’s door. You can even find out the details of the shipments made, their sub-statuses, delivery times… and so on.
We have an alert system that allows us to proactively resolve any issue that may arise during shipment, receiving detailed information about what has happened: types, quantities and times in which an item was received or rejected.
Dedicated transport and distribution take the implementation of customized dashboards, which measure the performance of each order, to the next level. We generate live statistics on routes, timing and delivery times, linked to each vehicle and driver. This level of detail allows us to constantly improve and offer an increasingly efficient service.
