Logisfashion, a multinational company specialising in lifestyle logistics and e-commerce, announces the incorporation of 130 new professionals to the permanent team at its Ontígola 2 logistics centre, located in Toledo. With this reinforcement of the human team, the company doubles its work team compared to the beginning of this year.
This growth represents an important milestone for the company from the Toledo town of Ontígola, which opened the doors of this centre in 2021 with a team of 50 people. In this way, it strengthens the human capital considered the driving force of success of the company’s services, with the aim of continuing to guarantee quality services. These additions are the basis for the future growth of the company, as Logisfashion is permanently committed to the growth of all its collaborators and to internal promotion.
As part of its strategic plan for growth and expansion, the multinational has as its pillars the promotion of talent and training. For this reason, it has carried out an exhaustive selection process with group dynamics and individual interviews with half a thousand candidates.
All of this, with a focus on the selection of experienced and committed professionals for the management of e-commerce logistics for a major fashion brand that distributes worldwide. And, in advance of the preparation of important annual campaigns with peak demand such as Black Friday, Christmas and sales.

This new boost reaffirms Logisfashion’s focus on continuing its growth and its expectations for the end of this year, which maintain the objective of reaching a turnover of 160 million euros by the end of 2024.
