Juan Manzanedo Andany, appointed Executive Chairman of Logisfashion

Juan Manuel Manzanedo Andany has been appointed executive chairman of Logisfashion, a multinational specialized in logistics applied to fashion and lifestyle, at a meeting of the company’s Board of Directors and with the unanimous agreement of all the directors.

Likewise, the members of the Board of Directors have agreed to the continuation of Emma Manzanedo Andany as Secretary of the Board of Directors of Logisfashion, highlighting her work in the position since 2018.

The new Executive Chairman, who is also one of the founders of the company and served as CEO of Logisfashion, recognizes his firm intention to continue on the path of growth and move forward with the company’s 2026 strategic plan.

“I am delighted to be able to occupy this position at Logisfashion from now on,” said Juan Manzanedo.  “This was a natural step to consolidate the Logisfashion project and strengthen the leadership required by future challenges,” explain the Board of Directors.

Juan Manzanedo began with the Logisfashion project in 1996, as an MBA project at IESE seeking to cover a need in the fashion sector, and it has currently become a company of more than 2000 professionals and headquarters in Europe, America and Asia, and offers services to many other sectors thanks to e-commerce.

With a clear vision to carry and lead the company with the focus on the pillars of internationalization, e-commerce and technology, he has sustained the current growth of the company. In this sense, Logisfashion has been increasing its turnover by more than 25% annually since 2015.

As a lever for growth, Logisfashion has been reinvesting between 2.8% and 3% of its turnover in technology and innovation to anticipate market demands, improving its own capabilities and the efficiency of operational and decision-making processes. Since 2011, when it started with e-commerce logistics, it has been increasing its order volumes and expanding its service portfolio.

Today, it offers an “end to end” value proposal that addresses everything from services at the origin in Asia, international transport and customs consultancy. In addition to the main activities, such as retail logistics and fulfillment e-commerce or VAS services to distribution to the end customer, including reverse logistics.
