Initial situation:
Gotta is a Chilean brand that has had very strong growth online in 2020. A company focused on women’s footwear. They came from a rather unoptimized systemic environment and had service problems that ended up limiting their growth. Which was a challenge for Logisfashion to tackle.
Solution:
Our solution was focused on the FAAS system, fulfilment as a service; a standardised project type with pre-established rates for potential small and medium-sized businesses, which market only through the e-commerce channel and seek an efficient standard storage and handling service. Our goal with this type of service is to accompany our client in their growth process.
