A large number of items of different characteristics and formats and distribution in different channels made their operation which they managed internally very complex and they lacked the appropriate infrastructure to deal with the fluctuations in demand originating in the online channel.
Solution:
Carter’s trusted in Logisfashion and moved their operation to our centre in Mexico and resized the operation to suit their current needs considering that their business growth may be covered within the same warehouse by having the required space.
