START-UP SITUATION:
Accur8 is a reputable distributor of renowned sports brands, founded in Panama and engaged in supplying different Latin American markets. Amongst its brands we find VANS (clothing and footwear), Accur8 and Steve Madden, RVCA, Herschel, Superga, amongst others. It offers a Distribution Platform for Youth and Outdoor Lifestyle Brands, Featuring an approach, geared towards wide-reaching comprehensive Brand management.
To meet with the demands of and challenges of the market, they sort out the means to proactively streamline their internal processes, alongside distribution lines in Latin America, with Panama serving as a connection interchange and operational hub.
SOLUTION:
The proposal entails maximising its profitability and adding a differentiating value to several of its operations by managing distribution and re-shipment of goods for brands, such as Vans, Steve Madden, RVCA, Herschel and Superga.
In order to ensure streamline development of these operations, we have integrated all processes through our WMS Logiscore system, which allows us to manage stock and inventory is in an effective manner, thereby accomplishing greater traceability of articles and creating reports drafted using the requested KPIs to create value for Accur8.
These different operations are performed in our Cocosolito 1 Distribution Hub, located in the Free Trade Area of Colon in Panama.
